We constantly innovate every little features to ensure that our covers provide your aircraft with the required protection and more. This is made easy for us by being pilots with a finger constantly on the pulse, this works perfectly in harmony with our own in house production. We have complete control over design, quality and customer service. To cater for all the cover needs we have a range of covers available, Classic, Hanger, Elite and Elite Touring. The Classic Range of covers caters for the very basic requirements of an aircraft covers. This cover can be described as the industry standard that all other cover makers produce. It’s a simple uncoated acrylic fabric which is water resistant and breathable. There is a huge range of colours available and every cover comes with a storage bag. ELITE ALLWEATHER: The Elite All weather is simply stunning, it takes the requirements of a cover and exceeds them. With many patented additions and subtle touches the life of the cover is far exceeded. Not just functionality is improved, for the first time style has been brought to the airfield. The covers have a very clever patented Night Glow addition, which is the use of reflective beading sewn into the cover at the outer extremities to provide a visual aid at night, hopefully preventing any unwanted hanger or airfield accidents involving cars and aircraft. Another great feature is the use of 21st century sewing threads. Gore produce a sewing thread called ‘Tenara’ which never rots and is hydrophilic. This increases the life of the seems extensively. This works in perfectly harmony with our Vmax fabric. The fabric is more water-resistant, breathable, stops 99% of UVA and UVB rays from contacting the aircraft, the colours are also UV stabalised. The fabric is also lighter while having a greater tear and abrasion resistance. ELITE TOURING: Traditional touring covers used to mean sacrificing required cover characteristics for the weight saving. This is no longer an issue with the Elite Touring which has all of the same great features as the all weather , with the added advantage of being lighter. The touring cover is made from a lighter version of the Vmax fabric. This lighter version has many of the same great features but the fabric allows the cover to pack away smaller with a lighter overall weight. The touring cover still provides more protection than many all-weather covers produced on today’s market. The Classic and all Elite range covers have an inner liner over the Perspex windshield to provide further protection. This secondary lining reduces condensation and the risk of scratching. We use a special liner that isn’t a flock or fluff as these tend to catch grit and dirt putting the Perspex areas under a greater risk from damage. HANGER COVERS: These covers provide a fantastic way of keeping the dirt and debris of the aircraft. This damaging hanger contamination all contributes to hanger rash and proves that no aircraft is safe, whether it be the damaging UV and weathering seen outside or the dust and dirt that provides such a great sanding compound to an aircrafts finish. Our hanger covers are light, machine washable and provide a perfect barrier to theses damaging factors.  |
